Store With Peace of Mind in Leesburg, FL

What Is A Tenant Protection Plan?

Store with confidence and protect your belongings. Our tenant protection plans offer advantages such as no deductibles and protection for your items. Tenant Protection is affordable and safeguards your items against unexpected incidents. For your protection, we believe if it's worth storing, it's worth insuring. Your rental agreement requires that you have insurance to cover the loss or damage to personal property stored at this self storage facility. All Units are required to carry our minimum Tenant Protection Plan of $2,000. An additional $12.00 per month will be added to your rental for your Tenant Protection Plan. (Additional coverage is available for and additional charge). Coverage is available easily at check-out or call us at (352) 283-8189.

Tenant Protection

Protect your storage against the unexpected!

We recommend Tenant Protection over homeowner's insurance because:

  • Your stored items may not be covered by your homeowner's policy
  • Your premiums could go up if you file a claim
  • Your homeowner's policy could be canceled if you file a claim

AVOID THE $200 DEDUCTIBLE

Be sure to use a disc or cylinder lock to avoid the $200 deductible.

Add tenant protection when renting a unit or add to an existing rental through your online account.
