What security features do you have?

Gated access with key pad entry, surveillance cameras, well lighted, and perimeter fencing, are all present at Leesburg 44 Storage. A unique PERSONAL code will be set up for you when you rent your unit. THIS IS NOT A COMMUNITY CODE. Enter this code plus # and keypad entry gate will open.

Can I pay my bill online?

You bet! In fact, it’s the quickest and easiest way to keep up to date with your rent. We accept all VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.

What size units and storage option do you have?

Our units consist of non-climate control, drive-up units. We have a variety of sizes ranging from 6 x 10 (smallest) to 10 x 30 (largest). Most of our units include both power outlets and lighting inside the unit.

How do I rent a self storage unit from Leesburg 44 Storage

You can easily rent online by going directly to our website. You can rent, sign your agreement, and pay for your unit(s) from the comfort of your home 24/7, 365 days a year.

Do you sell boxes, locks or packing supplies?

Our facility does not sell moving supplies or locks.

How is my unit secured?

Our location is secured and only allows entry with your own personal code. You will be responsible for purchasing your own lock to secure your unit as required by our storage agreement and tenant protection coverage.

Do you require/provide tenant protection insurance?

Store with confidence and protect your belongings. Our tenant protection plans offer advantages such as no deductibles and protection for your items. Tenant Protection is affordable and safeguards your items against unexpected incidents. For your protection, we believe if it's worth storing, it's worth insuring. Your rental agreement requires that you have insurance to cover the loss or damage to personal property stored at this self storage facility. All Units are required to carry our minimum Tenant Protection Plan of $2,000. An additional $12.00 per month will be added to your rental for your Tenant Protection Plan. Does Leesburg 44 Storage have access to my unit?

You have total control of who has access to your unit. Leesburg 44 Storage is prohibited and will NOT have access to anything stored in your unit.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease for storage?

At Leesburg 44 Storage, we offer month-to-month leases, allowing you to have flexibility. Avoid large deposits or unnecessary lease terms and only pay for storage when you need it.

When can I move in?

Are there any items that are prohibited to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, and perishables are items that aren’t allowed in any of our storage facilities. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

How much notice do you need before I move out?

All of our leases are on a month-to-month basis. However, we do request at least 5 days notice before moving out of one of our storage units.

Can I rent a parking space for my RV or Boat?

Ideally located on C.R. 44 in Leesburg, FL, our facility makes accessing your boat, camper, motor home or RV both convenient and fast. We offer uncovered outside parking for your trailer, boat, or large motor home. Our facility is GATED, SECURE, and MONITORED 24/7 with EXTRA LARGE driveways.
